Updated: May 9, 2021

Freeman-Fritts Volunteers are amazing! Look what they do each and every week:

Work done by the President and board members to keep the shelter running- 25 hours

Dog Walking- 30 hours

Animal Transportation to other rescues and emergency aid providers- 8 hours

Website, photography, and publicity- 7 hours

Newsletter- 2.5 hours

Making items for Sale at Market Days or working at Market Days- 4 hours

Assistance in cleaning cat cages- 4 hours

Socializing animals- 3 hours

Grounds upkeep- 2

When you add it all up, volunteers provided 85.5 hours of service a week or 4,446 hours of assistance to Freeman Fritts in the last year. Isn't that amazing? If you are a volunteer, pat yourself on the back. It is an accomplishment to be proud of, and was done in spite of Covid 19 restrictions. We could not manage without you! Happy National Volunteer Week.
