Sophia - No Social Butterfly Here

Updated: 6 days ago

SENIOR FEMALE TABBY

Sophia is very inquisitive but also shy and ponders life from a distance. She and her sister Betty Boo came to the shelter as 8 week old kittens in 2012, but they have not become social butterflies. Sophia accepts scratches behind the ears and under the chin.

Sometimes the slant of her eyes tends to make us think that she is perpetually crabby, but that is not the case.

Sophia (on the right) and Betty Boo (on the left) are quite happy in the shelter, and because they need a special food of Science Diet Dermatology Diet for skin and food sensitivities, and because they would need such a quiet home and patient owners, we suspect that they will live here in the shelter for the remainder of their lives.
