Wendy - Has Been in the Fight of Her Life

Updated: 3 days ago

Wendy has been in the fight of her life! Dumped in the middle of nowhere with her brother, this 4 month old terrier mix scrounged for food just trying to survive, eating anything she could. Almost immediately after arriving at Freeman-Fritts, she became sick, which was when we discovered that she had a corn cob inside her, causing an obstruction! Fortunately she is now recovered 100% after surgery.

Wendy is trying her best to learn that not all humans are bad. She gets along well with other dogs, and she loves the people that she has gotten to know, so her ideal home would be one that is quiet and prepared to dedicate time to help her be a strong, confident and fearless girl. She needs to feel safe and loved and truly deserves a forever home.
