Once a tiny bottle baby, now a one-year-old beauty with a heart of gold--Sparkles is proof that a little love can light up even the darkest moments.

This stunning tortoiseshell girl has been through quite the journey. After what seemed like a perfect adoption, Sparkles' world was turned upside down when her adopters--despite our contract clearly stating she must always be returned to us--dumped her on the streets and moved away.

Thankfully, fate--and a few incredible heroes--stepped in. A kind man named Andres began feeding her, a friend climbed a tree to rescue her when she got stuck, and a retired cat advocate named Shawna scanned her for a microchip, which led her right back home to us. Thanks to them, Sparkles, is safe, loved, and ready to start again.

Now back where she belongs, Sparkles has proven that nothing can dim her shine. She's as affectionate, gentle, and loving as ever--the kind of cat who greets you with a purr, and looks at you with pure trust and devotion.
