This handsome 4-year-old terrier mix, with his beautiful red-and-white coat, was one of the 48 dogs rescued from a difficult hoarding situation. Despite everything he’s been through, Nutmeg’s heart is full of quiet sweetness.
He’s timid at first, the kind of boy who watches the world carefully before taking a step forward. But once he feels safe, you’ll see the gentle spirit underneath–a dog who wants to trust, wants to connect, and wants to belong.
Nutmeg is searching for a calm, patient home where he can exhale, settle in, and learn that people can be kind. Give him that chance–and he’ll give you his heart.
