At just 2 years old, this Chi mix has already overcome so much! Frappe came from a 48-dog hoarding situation, and while her past was chaotic and overwhelming, her future is full of hope.
She’s a gentle, timid girl with soft, sensitive eyes that tell her whole story. What she needs now is patience, kindness, and a quiet home where she can finally exhale. A confident canine friend would be wonderful for her–someone to show her that people can be safe, that hands can be gentle, and that love doesn’t have to be scary.
